Songwriter/Guitarist/Theatrical Composer Rob Bonfiglio Releases New Album THE OVER UNDER March 21, 2026
THE OVER UNDER by Rob Bonfiglio is the latest in a string of solo albums recorded and performed almost entirely solo, and likely his most personal to date.
Featuring guest appearances by Lola Bonfiglio on “Blame This” and Xandy Chelmis (of North Carolina’s WEDNESDAY) on Fade Away, THE OVER UNDER blends a careful pop melodic sensibility with soaring vocals, riffs and themes of life and longing.

Rob first gained national prominence in the ‘90s as a member of RCA recording act Wanderlust who scored a single on the Billboard charts, landing prime opening gigs for The Who, Collective Soul and others.
Rob has toured as guitarist and vocalist for the legendary Brian Wilson Band and is currently the guitarist for Al Jardine’s Pet Sounds Band, The Lovin’ Spoonful, and others.
In addition, Rob is also touring as guitarist and musical director for multi-platinum selling pop group Wilson Phillips and produced their 2012 album, DEDICATED for Sony/Masterworks.
Rob frequently lends his songwriting and sideman talents to a multitude of L.A. based singer/songwriters and musicians and is a member of high profile L.A. charity based collectives The Wild Honey Orchestra and The Tribe, backing such luminaries as Jackson Browne, Dwight Yoakam, John Sebastian, Marshall Crenshaw, Susanna Hoffs, Peter Asher, and Micky Dolenz.
A prolific songwriter, Rob’s original songs have scored high profile placements in TV, commercials and films, most notably Disney’s 2008 release, BRIDGE TO TERABITHIA.
