Music Artist J.Edmond to Release New EP “Isolated Dew” on June 26, 2025

For Immediate Release

Music Artist J.Edmond to Release New EP “Isolated Dew” on June 26, 2025

J.Edmond (formerly known as “Jebb”) will be releasing the new EP “Isolated Dew” on June 26, 2025, featuring the lead track “Some Way”. “Some Way” began its life as a Jebb track titled “Isolated Dew”, written by Jeremy Edmond during the stillness of the COVID shutdowns. At the time, the song was a deeply personal expression—an emotional outlet shaped by J’s love for bands like Klaatu and The Posies.

Years later, while watching Fire Aid, that same creative spark reignited. Moved by both memory and the moment, J revisited the song, reshaping it entirely—rewriting, rerecording, and expanding it into something new. Renamed Some Way, the track evolved into a message of resilience, growth, and healing.

Now featuring an all-star lineup—A. Michael Collins (Bow Wow Wow/Tommy Tutone), Fernando Perdomo, Paul Chastain (The Velvet Crush/Matthew Sweet/The Small Square), and Danny Henry (Drake Bell)—Some Way carries the spirit of collaboration and compassion. To honor its roots, the single will be featured on an EP titled “Isolated Dew”, a heartfelt nod to the original version that started it all. This EP also includes J’s last two singles “Search Lights” & “City Walk”, plus the B-side “M.Paserbye”.

In support of those impacted by the devastating fires in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, a portion of all proceeds from “Isolated Dew” will be donated to the Pasadena Educational Foundation Eaton Fire Response Fund. This release isn’t just about music—it’s about giving back, finding strength in art, and helping others find their own “some way” forward…

Track list:
1. Some Way
2. Search Lights
3. City Walk
4. M.Paserbye
5. Some Way (Instrumental)

There’s a yearning in Jeremy Edmond’s vocal present in every one of his tracks I’ve heard to date. His latest, “Some Way” is no different. What is different, is the song is a bit of a departure from his earlier work. Some Way leans heavily on acoustic guitars, a stripped down production and an emotional rawness that services the song wonderfully.

He scores big by getting Paul Chastain (Matthew Sweet, Velvet Crush) to play bass and is joined by Danny Henry on keys and Fernando Perdomo on slide, each who add beautiful, haunting bits that leave the listener wanting more, but the real star here is the vocals. Edmond’s and A. Michael Collins harmony work is brilliant, it brings a beautiful, angsty-yet-hopeful vibe to the track that matches the lyrical sentiment perfectly.

Play this track now! Then play it again. This is a great record” – Brian Larney

I’m reminded of some of the sunnier moments of 80’s UK pop, the upbeat singles of The Waterboys or The Cure. Really great backing track…Drums from A.Michael Collins are really good. Singing is spot on, and the instrumental touches are very tasteful! well done!” – Ken Stringfellow (The Posies)

Another fantastic countrified earworm from the great J.Edmond. A moving, relatable track that is sure earn him even more fans. Honest, raw and sincere.” – Heath Seifert (All That/Good Burger/Austin & Ally)

The Moody Blues’ John Lodge to Launch New Tour – Dates Announced for July 2025!

For Immediate Release

The Moody Blues’ John Lodge to Launch New Tour – Dates Announced for July 2025!

Singer in a Rock and Roll Band’ Tour – Featuring Moody Blues Songs from the Classic Albums

John Lodge, legendary bass player, songwriter and vocalist of The Moody Blues, and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, has announced he will be back on the road with an electrifying new show titled ‘Singer in a Rock and Roll Band’!

Following the phenomenal success of his ‘Days of Future Passed’ show over the last two years, John wanted to now go back to basics… what are the songs that he loved performing in the Moody Blues? How could he bring these enduring songs to audiences, staying true to the original sound, yet breathing new life into them? These songs might have been discovered by listeners on release, or by newer generations later, but whenever they first heard them, they made an indelible impression on them. John’s task was clear, he wanted to recreate the sound and the feel of a Moody Blues show of the past, but at the same time bring in the incredible musicianship of his band, and his experience of performing these songs for over 50 years, to give these classic songs that extra dash of magic.

When John wrote the hit single ‘Singer’ in 1972 it was because people were looking to him to change the world… this composition replied that he’s just a singer in a rock and roll band! But his message went on – John wanted everyone to be part of the music, and if you’ve ever experienced one of John’s shows you will know how true this is. The music and camaraderie will lift you up, it may not change the world, but it might make it a little brighter…

This incredible new show will feature songs from ‘the core seven albums’ including ‘Days of Future Passed’, Seventh Sojourn, and more, plus ‘Octave’ and the triple platinum selling album ‘Long Distance Voyager.  It will bring together some of the captivating moments of his ‘Days of Future Passed’ show, all of John’s hits with the Moodies, and, of course, tributes to all his bandmates. This truly will be a show of Moodies Magic and ‘a trip worth taking and remembering’! (Tony Violanti review of John’s show March 24, 2025)

Together with Jon Davison of YES and his 10,000 Light Years Band, John will lovingly recreate ‘I’m Just a Singer (in a Rock and Roll Band)’, ‘Nights in White Satin’, ‘Ride my See-Saw’, ‘Gemini Dream’, ‘Tuesday Afternoon’, ‘The Voice’, ‘Steppin’ in Slide Zone’, ‘Isn’t Life Strange’ and much more. Also, experience deep cuts from these classic albums, and, together with the electrifying video and lights, be taken on a journey through time.

The tour kicks off on July 19th at the Vogel in New Jersey, and continues through to Des Plaines, IL on August 7th.

Limited VIP merch packages will also be available, go to: https://www.johnlodge.com/tour.

Following a stroke at the end of 2023, John has gone from strength to strength, driven by his love for this music, and his deeply held desire to continue to share it with the fans. The critically acclaimed shows in July and November 2024 are testament to his passion and commitment, and as John says, his hope is that people leave with a little bit of joy around them.

It’s been an absolute pleasure performing Days in its entirety over the last couple of years, but I’m so excited about our new show… there are a few songs I’ve not performed before that I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and many of our classic songs seem to have taken on a new meaning following health challenges, so I hope everyone will enjoy continuing on this journey with me. I’m doing great, and I just love to share this music with the fans. I look out and see familiar faces, and occasionally some new ones, and I love what we’ve shared over so many decades. Thank you for keeping the faith.”

JANN KLOSE REVEALS “WHEN I’M WITH YOU” – A JOYFUL NEW ANTHEM CO-WRITTEN WITH EVERETT BRADLEY (BON JOVI, SEAL) – OUT 16 MAY 2025

JANN KLOSE REVEALS “WHEN I’M WITH YOU” – A JOYFUL NEW ANTHEM CO-WRITTEN WITH EVERETT BRADLEY (BON JOVI, SEAL) – OUT 16 MAY 2025

New York City, NY – Internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter Jann Klose announces the release of his brand-new single, “When I’m With You,” arriving on Friday, 16 May 2025 via The Royalty Network/KMG Distribution in New York City, with Neighbouring Rights managed by David Gresham Records in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Co-written with Everett Bradley, longtime member of Bon Jovi and Seal’s band, the track is a heartfelt celebration of human connection set to a vibrant, synth-tinged rock backdrop. Everett also serves as co-producer and performer on the track.

“Musically I’ve always been inspired by Jann’s serious vocal chops, how it connects to his guitar playing, and how he connects with people,” says Bradley. “But as we delved into the feelings of a one-on-one connection, that’s when ‘When I’m With You’ started taking shape. And the deeper and more vulnerable Jann became, the better the song became. Now it’s an upbeat celebration with deep undertones of the human connection experience.”

Jann adds: “Working with someone of Everett’s calibre and continuing my work with ‘Surrender’ producer Marcus Dembinski is a dream team come true! Everett got me to open up in a way I haven’t felt comfortable to do until now. I love the honesty of ‘When I’m With You’ and hope it will bring a sense of connection to the listener.”

Marcus Dembinski helped shape the song’s vibrant production, saying: “We were able to push the sound in a new direction, with 80s synth pop and anthemic rock music influencing the arrangement and production. Jann’s powerful voice and bright acoustic guitar combined with heavy drums reminiscent of Billy Joel and the B-52s, as well as the synths and guitars of A-ha and Toto, to create a bold new direction for Jann Klose.”

Recorded at The Koop Studios in Irvington, New York, the track features electric guitar by Nashville’s Max Sternlicht, was engineered by Matt Graff, and mastered by Ben Kesler in St. Louis.

When I’m With You” is a powerful reminder that the deepest connections in life often come from simply being present—with ourselves, and with each other.

Brass Camel Strikes Back with Genre-Bending Sophomore Album “Camel”

For Immediate Release

Brass Camel Strikes Back with Genre-Bending Sophomore Album “Camel”

Vancouver, BC – After successfully criss-crossing Canada three times on the strength of a word-of-mouth reputation and a hard-earned live following, Vancouver-based Brass Camel return with their second full-length record: Camel. Clocking in at 40 minutes across just six tracks, the album is an unapologetic artistic statement from a band whose sound resists easy classification—equal parts progressive rock ambition and deep-pocket groove, with no shortage of swagger, surprises, and soul.

Their self-styled “prog-funk” sound may raise eyebrows on paper, but as multiple Grammy-winner Fantastic Negrito put it: “They sound like a funky Rush.” Or, as Big Sugar frontman Gordie Johnson (who also guests on the record as the group’s Zappa-tinged “cat whisperer”) once declared, “Brass Camel…man, they’re good worldwide.”

Following their 2022 debut Brass, the band doubled down—both on the road and in the studio. Camel is the result of that momentum: two 11-minute bookends, four shapeshifting shorter tracks, and zero interest in playing it safe.

The album opens with “Zealot,” a tense, swinging epic about the inquisition inspired by The Pit and the Pendulum, and closes with “Another Day”—a three-part reflection on life, death and the promise of peace in eternal rest, written after the suicide of Sveinson’s sibling. The track climaxes in an explosive Minimoog solo by keyboardist Aubrey Ellefson, which sees the guitars step out of the picture as the trio of Ellefson, bassist Curtis Arsenault and drummer Wyatt Gilson put their respective instruments through the paces, not unlike a hard-rock “The Cinema Show”.

Lightening the tone, bassist Arsenault’s cat Lionel gets his own theme song in “Pick of the Litter,” which melts seamlessly into the riff-heavy “Chain Reaction.” Side B brings the slinky, Little Feat-tinged drug-running tale “On the Other Side,” followed by the strutting “Borrowed Time,” praised by LouderSound in their “Tracks of the Week” feature as a stomping, riff-driven anthem about burnout and the grind with no shortage of swagger and subtle weirdness.

Recorded at Vancouver’s iconic Hipposonic Studios (formerly Little Mountain Sound which saw the likes of AC/DC, Metallica and Aerosmith roll through) and co-produced/mixed by multi-Juno-winner Ben Kaplan (Biffy Clyro, Rise Against, Mother Mother), Camel captures a band at a turning point—gritty, gutsy, weird enough to stand out, yet fun enough to make people move. They’ve played over 120 shows together in the past two years. They’ve got the chops, the chemistry, and the catalog. All they need now is the world to catch up. As Crown Lands’ Kevin Comeau put it after seeing the group live for the first time in 2024, “I have seen the future of prog rock…and it is Brass Camel”.

Track list:
1. Zealot
2. Pick of the Litter
3. Chain Reaction
4. On the Other Side
5. Borrowed Time
6. Another Day

Brass Camel is:
Daniel Sveinson – vocals/lead guitar
Curtis Arsenault – bass/vocals
Wyatt Gilson – drums/percussion
Aubrey Ellefson – keyboards/vocals
Dylan Lammie – lead guitar

TODD RUNDGREN

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Rundgren began playing guitar as a teenager, going on to found and front The Nazz, the quintessential `60’s psychedelic group. In 1969, he left the band to pursue a solo career, recording his debut offering, the legendary Runt. But it was 1972’s seminal Something/Anything?, on which he played all the instruments, sang all the vocal parts, and acted as his own producer, that catapulted Todd into the superstar limelight, prompting the press to unanimously dub him ‘Rock’s New Wunderkind’. It was followed by such landmark LPs as The Hermit of Mink Hollow and the above mentioned A Wizard, A True Star, as well as such hit singles as I Saw The Light, Hello It’s Me, Can We Still Be Friends, and Bang The Drum.

In 1974, Todd formed Todd Rundgren’s Utopia (renamed and reconfigured in 1976 as Utopia), an entirely new approach to the concept of interactive musicianship, and embarked on an extensive round of touring and recording. Standout Utopia offerings included Oops! Wrong Planet, Adventures in Utopia, and Oblivion. Along the way, Todd Rundgren’s Utopia combined technical virtuosity and creative passion to create music that initially, for millions, defined the term “progressive rock”, and subsequently, as Utopia, the term “powerpop”.

Rundgren’s myriad production projects include albums by Patti Smith, Cheap Trick, Psychedelic Furs, Meat Loaf, XTC, Grand Funk Railroad, and Hall And Oates. Rounding out his reputation as rock’s Renaissance Man, Rundgren composed all the music and lyrics for Joe Papp’s 1989 Off-Broadway production of Joe Orton’s Up Against It (the screenplay commissioned by The Beatles for what was meant to have been their third motion picture). He also has composed the music for the hit film Dumb and Dumber, as well as a number of television series, including Pee Wee’s Playhouse and Crime Story.

In 2009 Rundgren performed his iconic 1973 album A Wizard A True Star in concert in its entirety for the first time ever, and several years later did the same with a double bill: Todd & Healing. He has toured with Ringo Starr as an erstwhile member of the All-Starr Band since 1989, and continues to perform with symphony orchestras both domestically and internationally. In 2018 he toured North America with original Utopians Kasim Sulton and Willie Wilcox for the first time in 33 years. After the release of his long-awaited autobiography The Individualist, he spearheaded the world’s first hybrid concert/book tour highlighting music across his 50-plus-year career.

In 2017 on successive weekends he was awarded honorary doctorates from both the Berklee School of Music and DePauw University.

In 1998 Todd debuted his new PatroNet technology which for the first time allowed fans of a musical artist to subscribe directly to the artist’s musical output via the Internet. This caps a long history of groundbreaking early multimedia “firsts”, including:

•1978: The first interactive television concert, broadcast live over the Warner/QUBE system in Columbus, Ohio (the home audience chose each song in real time during the concert by voting via QUBE’s 2-way operating system).
•1978: The first live nationally broadcast stereo radio rock concert (by microwave), linking 40 cities around the country.
•1979: The opening of Utopia Video Studios, a multi-million dollar state-of-the-art facility. The first project produced by Todd there is Gustav Holst’s The Planets, commissioned by RCA Selecta Vision as the first demonstration software for their new videodisc format.
•1980: Creation of the first color graphics tablet, which was licensed to Apple and commercially released as The Utopia Graphics Tablet.
•1981: Time Heals, the first music video to utilize state-of-the-art compositing of live action and computer graphics (produced and directed by Todd), becomes the eighth video to be played during the launch of MTV on August 1, 1981.
•1982: The first live national cablecast of a rock concert (on the USA Network), simulcast in stereo to over 120 radio stations.
•1982: The first two commercially released music videos, one of which was nominated for the first-ever Grammy awarded for “Best Short Form Video” in 1983.
•1992: The first commercially available music downloads via CompuServe.
•1993: The release of “No World Order”, the world’s first interactive record album on CD-i.
•1994: The release of “The Individualist”, the world’s first full-length Enhanced CD.
•1994: The world’s first interactive concert tour.
•1998: Launches PatroNet, the world’s first direct artist subscription service — predicts that someday “music will be sold by the pound”.
•2016: The production of the world’s first full length concert shot with multiple Virtual Reality 360º cameras.
•2021: Spearheaded the “Clearly Human” virtual concert tour, featuring 25 live-streamed performances geo-fenced and tailored to a different US city each night.

REMASTERED AT HALF-SPEED AT ABBEY ROAD STUDIOS AND PRESENTED ON PEARL BLUE VINYL

A decade ago, Bruce Soord—the creative force behind The Pineapple Thief—released his eponymous debut solo album, a deeply personal exploration of memory, place, and identity. Now, ten years on, it is revisited in a newly remastered edition, mastered at half speed at Abbey Road Studios and presented on pearl blue vinyl, set for release on 30th May on Kscope.

‘He’s created something remarkable’CLASSIC ROCK MAGAZINE

‘Soord has genuinely created something truly outstanding’PROG MAGAZINE

In contrast to the expansive, cinematic soundscapes of his band, Bruce Soord revealed a more introspective and organic side to his songwriting. Since its original release in 2015, Soord’s career has continued to evolve. As The Pineapple Thief’s principal songwriter and producer, he has guided the band through a series of acclaimed albums, including Your Wilderness (2016), Dissolution (2018), Versions of the Truth (2020), and 2024’s chart-topping It Leads to This, each refining and expanding the band’s distinctive fusion of progressive and alternative rock. Beyond his work with The Pineapple Thief, Soord has established himself as a sought-after producer and mix engineer, lending his expertise to artists such as TesseracT, Opeth, and Jethro Tull, while also continuing his solo work with All This Will Be Yours (2019) and Luminescence (2023).

2015 feels like yesterday, although a very different yesterday. My twin boys were 7 years old. My daughter, who is now 6, yet to be. I had just taken the jump to become a professional musician. And like many ‘professionals’ in the music industry, I was broke. Listening to this record takes me right back, the ‘familiar patterns’ of everyday life, ‘the odds’ of making any kind of real success out of my music, while languishing in my studio in my home town of Yeovil. Buried here. But there is one song on this record that probably says everything I ever wanted to say.  ‘Field Day Part 2’ will forever have a special place in my heart. – Bruce Soord

Experimental Musician Billy Yfantis Presents the Space-Inspired Album New Moon

For Immediate Release

Experimental Musician Billy Yfantis Presents the Space-Inspired Album New Moon

Inspired by the breathtaking phenomenon of the Moon’s phases, New Moon highlights Yfantis’ lifelong passion for astronomy. The album’s idea is based on the eight principal moon phases—the constant transition from darkness to light and back again—resulting from the ever-changing interaction of the Earth, Moon, and Sun. This cosmic story runs through the album, encouraging listeners to discover the beauty and mystery of the universe.

Each track has been specifically created to reflect a different stage of the Moon, from the calm mystery of the New Moon to the bright peak of the Full Moon and the elegant retreat into Fading Lights. Throughout the album, Yfantis combines layered analog synths, atmospheric drones, and throbbing rhythms to create an atmosphere that reflects the adventurous spirit of his musical inspirations.

Billy Yfantis’ style is a distinct mix of Tangerine Dream’s ethereal, space soundscapes and Vangelis’ dramatic, epic synthesizer soundscapes. His work also pays tribute to Jean-Michel Jarre’s revolutionary compositions, whose adventurous, experimental approach to electronic music paved the way for new audio exploration. New Moon, packed with the raw spirit of krautrock, combines analog warmth with up-to-date digital production to create multilayered deep soundscapes that reflect nostalgia as well as futuristic excitement.

EXPERIENCE THE ENDURING LEGACY OF HORSLIPS WITH MADFISH’S NEW 5 DISC SET ‘HORSLIPS – AT THE BBC’

For Immediate Release

EXPERIENCE THE ENDURING LEGACY OF HORSLIPS WITH MADFISH’S NEW 5 DISC SET HORSLIPS – AT THE BBC

4CD + DVD SET COMPRISING LIVE PERFORMANCES, BBC TV FOOTAGE AND RARE ARCHIVAL MATERIAL

Few bands have left as distinct a mark on the musical landscape as Horslips. Emerging in the early 1970s, they more or less created ‘Celtic Rock’, drawing from Irish traditional music and British/American rock, crafting a sound that was both timeless and radical.

The BBC captured the band in the 1970s and again during their unexpected Indian summer return in the 2010s. At The BBC gathers these vital recordings – spanning nearly 50 years – into one definitive collection.

WATCH THE HORSLIPS AT THE BBC TRAILER

PRE-ORDER HORSLIPS – AT THE BBC (30th May 2025)

Disc 1 (1973–74) – Live BBC performances from Radio 1 In Concert, Old Grey Whistle Test, and John Peel Show, capturing Horslips’ early energy and innovation.

Disc 2 (1979–2019) – A 1979 Radio 1 In Concert set, a 2010 unplugged session, and their final 2019 recording, Sideways to the Sun.

Disc 3 (2011) – The BBC Radio Ulster mix of their orchestral concert with the Ulster Orchestra, featuring The Táin, The Book of Invasions, and I’ll Be Waiting.

Disc 4 (1979 Bonus Disc) – Unreleased Short Stories, Tall Tales studio mixes from Windmill Lane.

Disc 5 (DVD) – Old Grey Whistle Test clips, 1974 documentary footage & 2011 fan-shot concert videos.

Disc 1 begins the journey in 1973–74, landmark years in which Horslips took their fusion of mythology and musicianship to the airwaves and concert halls of Britain. Included are performances from Radio 1’s In Concert, The Old Grey Whistle Test, Radio 1’s Sounds of the 70s, 2nd House (BBC 2) and Radio 1’s John Peel Show, showcasing the group in full flight, brimming with invention and zeal.

By 1979, fresh from the inevitable hard slog of trying to conquer America, Horslips returned to Radio 1’s In Concert with a set that captured their ability to fit in with the times and the power of their live performances. Disc 2 continues with an unplugged ‘comeback’ session from 2010 and a BBC NI performance in 2019 of ‘Sideways to the Sun’ – written about magical Irish beings disappearing from mortal sight – which would, perhaps fittingly, prove to be their last official recording.

Disc 3 presents Horslips’ unique 2011 performance with the Ulster Orchestra at Belfast’s Waterfront Hall, in its previously unreleased BBC Radio Ulster broadcast mix. Including epic suites from classic albums The Táin and The Book of Invasions and fan favourites like the eight-minute ‘I’ll Be Waiting’, a showcase for late guitarist Johnny Fean (d. 2023), many – including band members – view this concert as Horslips’ finest hour (and a quarter).

Disc 4 is a bonus disc, comprising recently discovered 1979 ‘working mixes’ of the album Short Stories, Tall Tales, recorded at Dublin’s Windmill Lane. They offer an intimate glimpse into a band in transition, shifting from the US FM rock that had influenced recent albums towards the spikier, sharper British New Wave sound.

At The BBC is completed by a DVD bringing together clips from The Old Grey Whistle Test, 1974 documentary material and magical fan footage of two songs from the 2011 Waterfront Hall concert, synced to sparkling BBC audio.

Presented in a deluxe hardback book package with rare photographs and extensive liner notes by band biographer Mark Cunningham, legendary BBC producer Jeff Griffin and curator Colin Harper, At The BBC is a celebration of a band whose influence still echoes through the decades. The mastering is shared by Eroc in Germany and band associate Cormac O’Kane who mastered the acclaimed 2023 Horslips box set More Than You Can Chew.

Horslips – At The BBC will be released on Madfish on 30th May 2025. Pre-order here.
